The easiest choice I've had to make so far this year - Adonis 'Superman' Stevenson for Fighter of The Week. The 36-year old burst onto the light-heavyweight world scene back in June with a devastating 1st round KO over the division's No.1 and WBC world champ Chad Dawson. And now he's kept the incredible momentum going with a 7-round demolition job over former IBF champ Tavoris Cloud.

'Superman' Stevenson looks to keep his momentum going!

By James McKnight @JamesMcKnight83 On June 8, 2013, it took Adonis “Superman” Stevenson just 76 seconds to announce himself on the World stage; landing a devastating left hand to rip the WBC light heavyweight title from “Bad” Chad Dawson’s clutches. This Saturday night, Stevenson aims to produce the goods once again as he attempts to keep the lineal championship with victory over Tavoris “Thunder” Cloud.

What a weekend it has been for Adonis 'Superman' Stevenson. The Canadian 35-year old entered the biggest fight of his career as a heavy underdog against WBC light-heavyweight world champ and division No.1 'Bad' Chad Dawson on Saturday night. However, the lively power puncher did "bad" things to Dawson in Montreal, scoring a 1st round knock out victory and turning the light-heavyweight division on it's head. He now finds himself in an incredible position...

Stevenson celebrates upset victory!

What a weekend of boxing! For me it was probably the most exciting night of the year so far. There were so many action-packed fights, so many thrills and spills, but one man will be making headlines more than anyone else. And that man is Adonis 'Superman' Stevenson.
