Khan offers ringside ticket to Fabrice Muamba

Amir Khan has offered a ringside ticket for his summer clash with Lamont Peterson in Vegas to Bolton midfielder and close friend Fabrice Muamba. As you all probably know, Muamba collapsed during an FA cup tie last week and had to be rushed to intensive care. He is now recovering quickly and should be better very soon.

Khan is a massive Bolton fan and overtime he has built up a friendship with Muamba and now he hopes that he will be well enough to come and watch the fight in May.

Everyone is praying for Muamba.
''I know Fabrice quite well and it would be fantastic to see him at ringside. I've met him out in Bolton numerous times and also at the club training ground'' Khan told The Sun. ''The last time I saw him was actually only a few weeks ago in Manchester and he came over and hugged me... We chatted and he said he was going to come over to Las Vegas for my next fight. He's a very nice guy and to see that happen is so sad.''

Khan is extremely worried about his pal and he is keeping a very close eye on his recovery. ''I've been constantly checking for updates on Fabrice and I heard the news that he is talking a little bit which is brilliant to hear.''

His fight with Lamont Peterson will take place on May 19th in Las Vegas where Khan will try to win back his world title.
