Froch Vs Bute could be held outdoors!

It looks like Carl Froch’s IBF world title challenge against Lucian Bute could be held outdoors. After a request for an outdoor arena from many fans, it was almost impossible for promoter Eddie Hearn to not consider hosting it outdoors.

Notts County football stadium.
The most likely place at the moment is Notts County’s ground Meadow Lane after Hear visited the ground earlier this week to check it out.  Matchroom sport announced last week that Froch would fight Bute on May 26 ‘The Cobra’s’ hometown Nottingham. Since then there has been an overwhelming response from the fans!

‘’Since announcing the fight, the phones, e-mails and tweets have been relentless!’’ said Hearn. ‘’Fight and sport fans all want to see these two world beaters clash, and I want to make sure as many people as possible get the chance.’’

Carl Froch has been wishing to fight in his hometown for a very long time so there is no way now that Eddie Hearn will look to find a bigger arena outside Nottingham or the former World champion will most likely be very disappointed.

Tickets will go on sale for the fight on March 19th. If I were you I would get yours fast as these tickets will sell tremendously quick!
