WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (45-2, 41 KO's) has stated that British former two-weight world champion David Haye (26-2, 24 KO's) has missed his opportunity to face the 41-year old Ukrainian.
Vitali and his team offered the fight to Haye for September 10th 2012 but the Brit apparently turned it down.
"David Haye had an opportunity to face meon September 10th in Moscow. All of the necessary documents were sent to him, he just needed to sign the contract," Vitali told BoxingBet.pl. "Unfortunately David refused. It means that his train drove away."
